Very pleasant, non pushy reception & offer of hot drink, followed by efficient exploration of my particular needs. All questions answered & conditions of sale clear. Immediate warm recognition upon return to purchase & complementary ‘manager’s pack provided. All good.

Chloe who we dealt with was brilliant, we found cheaper else where (not by much) but we wanted to buy from dreams because of chloe and the amazing service we had the previous time we bought from dreams.

I had no idea what type of mattress and pillow I needed the assistant was very informative and helpful (Nina). I liked the computerised 'sleep' station. I was given information and choice.

I went to the Truro store in Cornwall and was served by a man called Austin he was extremely knowledgeable and had been there for 9 years he was a lovely chap and after nearly two-and-a-half hours we came away with a bed and a new mattress I was so impressed that I also bought another mattress for king-size bed I would highly recommend this store and I would definitely recommend Austin it was lovely to find somebody who knew what he was talking about

Austin was very helpful, he had just the right amount of helpfulness without being intrusive. He was very skilled at using dream machine and helping us sort out what our requirements actually we're.

Daniella was very friendly and was happy to help me she also gave me plenty of time to look around. She had a good knowledge of the products.

The sales assistant seemed very knowledgeable and imputed the information regarding what we required for our son onto this specialist computer giving his height and weight, which gave us three choices of divan beds and the mattress we thought suitable for him, he was very polite and attentive.

What I wanted was available, with sufficient options. Geoff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
