The Branch Manager was brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us.

Staff member who served me was very professional, she also served us last year and this was one of the reasons we came back to purchase another mattress, excellent polite, friendly, knowledgeable staff member. Excellent products at good price also

Seth was very helpful and looked after us the whole time. We went in looking for a mattress that would suit both of us. After using the sleep guide machine Seth then directed us towards the selection of mattress’ and allowed us to take our time testing all the mattress’

The sales assistant who dealt with us Michael was so friendly and informative from the minute we entered the store and helped us all the way through our experience buying a bed.

Saleman very friendly and knowlegable, although did not know about zipped matress extra charge until processing sales order. As salesman was a trainee/new, can be forgiven.

Felt like we were being listened to and not just sold to - super friendly —actually made the whole experience enjoyable!!

Laura who helped us choose our mattress was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. All the other staff seemed very pleasant and the store was clean and tidy and nicely laid out.
