Austin was very friendly and knowledgable and helped me find a great mattress. He put me on the Sleepmatch machine to find the right firmness and gave me 3 to choose from. He was very chatty and offered me tea/coffee, and got me a great price match offer on the price of my purchase.

Austin was the assistant that had helped us out in several occasions as this was our third trip - it’s a big investment buying a new bed and Austin was so patient and understanding. This is the second bed we’ve bought from Dreams and we will certainly come back - in a few years.

We were greeted by Daniella when we arrived and offered a hot drink of choice whilst we layed on the special bed that analyses what sort of mattress is best to support our individual bodies. Daniella then gave us each a pillow to suit our sleeping position and walked us around the different beds that were best suited to us. She talked us through the design of the mattresses and the benefits.

Chloe at the Truro store was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Very professional
