Geoff was really helpful and not at all pushy he gave us just the right balance of guidance and time on our own to explore. The store was light and spacious with a nice warm temperature on a cold day. Everything was clean and well laid out. Great coffee too.

We dealt with Alexandra at the Truro store, she was a delight to deal with and was very attentive, a credit to Dreams in our opinion. Many thanks to her for her friendliness and cheery approach which set Drams aside from other places from where we have bought a mattress before.

The assistant Geoff was very helpful and after being made aware of our specific requirements helped us to get what we were looking for, being very polite and well informed about the products.

Chloe instore was really helpful and friendly. She allowed us to browse without being pushy and when we narrowed down our options she spent time with us to make sure our purchase was right for us. There was no pressure.

Geoff (Truro branch) wasn’t too pushy - just friendly and welcoming! Showed us the sleep match service which we undertook. He then showed us a good range of mattresses we’d been matched to varying in price which was good. When we ordered the next day he was efficient and his colleague Chloe helped keep our 9 month old baby entertained whilst we went through the process! And a nice cup of tea too.
