The customer service was brilliant. We didn’t feel any pressure to move towards more expensive items and were left to ask questions or move to whatever item we wanted without pressure.

Really patient, understanding and friendly staff, she remembered my name and what product I was interested in from a previous visit. Took time to help us and I am very happy with the item purchased.

Loved the bed where you could be tested to see what fits an individual

The sleep analysis machine was very useful. The sales assistant was great, even down to occupying our children whilst trying beds!

Kioni the store assistant was very helpful and friendly, she had a comprehensive knowledge of suitable mattresses.

I identified a product on line and phoned the local store to check that I could come and see it instore. Very helpful staff member who advised me on the timing of the sale/reductions. In store the staff member was helpful and explained the difference between the item I was looking at and other items. He did not try to persuade me to a more expensive purchased which I liked. Very efficient in processing the order and I thought Dreams' covid precautions were excellent.
