All very helpful. I vaguely knew what I wanted following web-site research, but wanted to try the mattress out before buying. The sales person was very helpful offering me an assessment on the computerised system which then allowed me to try a selection of beds. I still went for the one I originally chose and felt no pressure to buy anything more expensive.
