The sales assistant Charlotte was really knowledgeable and spent time with us. First letting us experience the mattress check dream machine and then taking us through a variety of mattresses at different costings allowing us to make a very informed choice about what suited us and would give us the best night sleep experience. Which is really important to everyone and even more so as you get older and need to remain more mobile and look after yourself physically even when sleeping . Sleep well will help you stay well 🥰

The staff greeted me with a friendly smile and asked if I needed assistance .I asked for a specific product within a certain price range .The Manager was knowledgable and knew his stock well . I bought exactly what I needed at the right price . He even carried out the package to the car for me

We booked an appointment and the assistant that helped us was very knowledgeable and polite. We first used the bed that shows what type of bed we needed then tried 5 different beds. We were only looking for a matress but also purchased a matress cover and pillows. Overall a pleasure to buy a mattress.
