James with whom we discussed the headboard was most helpful

There were 2 of us looking for 2 memory foam double mattress. we were welcomed as we entered the shop and left to browse. James came over over and asked if we wanted any help. We preferred to be left alone to look when we did have questions James answered them all superbly. We were planning on going to look somewhere else before buying anything but we ended up buying 2 Hyde and Sleep there and then. We took one with us and mine is being delivered on the 8 the day I chose. Excellent service from James. Highly recommending this shop to everyone I know.

Ian assisted us with our purchase in a very friendly and professional manner. He answered all our questions and queries regarding our purchase without being pushy or overbearing. We found him extremely helpful, he gave us time to consider what we wanted with patience and expert knowledge that we required to reach our decision. Sue who helped us in-store pointed out certain mattresses that suited our needs, she also gave us pillows to help us make our desicion on the right mattress for us. We didn't have to wait to be served, she was very prompt in helping and efficient in placing our order, also offering us tea and coffee. Store was very clean and all mattresses were clearly signed to whether they were soft, medium, or firm which definetly helped so we didn't have to try all mattresses

we purchased everything we were looking for and the service was excellent the guy that looked after us his name was Ian and he was outstanding with knowledge of the store and a very pleasant man.

The colleague was available whilst maintaining a distance (my daughter was very self conscious about trying the beds and just wanted to look for herself) He asked my daughter the relevant questions when he needed to, but also gave her space.
