Staff member (James) was quick to support and offer assistance, quickly established needs by questions without appearing pushy. Was knowledgeable in products and made recommendations based on that.

Gareth who served us was very knowledgeable and helped us complete our purchase. He wasn't pushy but made us aware that he was there to help when needed. All staff were friendly and helpful.

I have visited Dreams a few times, and the members of staff were very helpful and very patient with me, as I did ask quite a few questions about the different mattresses and bases in the store. Last Saturday, 24th November, I called in the store again and spoke to Gareth, the person I had spoken to before, and with his help I decided to buy the Tempur Cooltouch Contour Elite 25 D mattress and base and also some bedding as well. The total coming to £2,023.00 I am now looking forward to receiving my bed on Thursday 6th December. I thoroughly recommend any person who wants help and guidance in buying anything in your store to see Gareth as he is a very pleasant person with plenty of patience and very helpful.

The store was well laid out and the colour coding via pillows was clearly explained by your very helpful and jovial store assistance. Choosing the right mattress was an easier process than expected and placing the order was quick and efficient.

The assistant, Ian, was exceedingly helpful. There was a huge difference in the care and advice we received today and the lack of help we received when we bought a bed in another well known store about a year ago. This assistance made a refreshing change and enabled us to make a good decision. Ian was polite, patient and very knowledgeable - and he also made a lovely cup of coffee! I am so glad we decided to purchase a bed in dreams and would not hesitate to visit again. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and associates.

We were warmly welcomed when we arrived in store. The guy serving us was very helpful and friendly. It didn’t take us too long to decide on a mattress with the store assists help. The ordering process was very simple and straight forward which was great. Free delivery is also a positive.

This was our 3rd purchase from this branch of Dreams and as before, we received faultless service. Both James our assistant and Gareth the Store Manager were extremely polite ,friendly,professional and helpful. Wereally appreciated the Coffee too!
