Dreams - Swansea

I went into shop just to browse but when I said what I was looking for the assistant found me products of good quality and good prices enabling me to place an order there and then.

Ian the assistant was extremely helpful and very knowledable about the product we were buying. His level of assistance was exactly right without being too pushy. Also, the speed of the whole process was very good. As of yet I have not received the bed as delivery is not until 31/1/19. I have previously purchased beds from Dreams.

The store was very clean and appealing display. The sales assistant was helpful and not pushing the sale too strongly. Sue was carefully listening and understanding my daughters needs and helpful in offering suitable products. Really happy with overall experience and would definitely recommend the company to friends and family.

Very easy experience, on entering the store we were asked by Gareth if there was anything he could help us with. I told Gareth we were looking for a mattress, he then took us through the different types soft, firm sprung, temper etc. I would like to thank Dreams for the way all the staff at the Swansea store treated us to a easy time, pleases give many thanks to Gareth for all he did on the day. I found the assistant that served me to be courteous and very helpful whilst choosing a new mattress, and whilst completing the transaction was given a lovely cup of coffee .
