We were able to see an assistant immediately. She was very pleasant, very helpful and very knowledgeable and was enthusiastic about the products. She gave great advice and was very patient, she wanted us to be 100% happy with our choice. It was overall a very relaxed atmosphere and a pleasant shopping experience. When we contacted afterwards with a query she quickly answered it. We will be buying another bed later this year and we will definitely return to Dreams to buy it.

Your salesman, Frank, in your store at Llansamlet, was extreemly helpful, more so when he could see that I was in some considerable pain when I went to your store. I cannot praise him highly enough. He went above and beyond the job of a salesman. I only wish a lot more stores had people as good as yours. CONGRATULATIONS.

Store was well laid out and easy to navigate and labelled. Dreams colleague Susan provided excellent advise and costumer service. We had a short wait for purchasing at the till, but were offered a hot beverage and discount. We received very friendly costumer service and very happy with our purchase.
