Dreams - Swansea

Walk into store Ian asked if we were OK and what we were looking for. He was friendly and offered advice on the items we asked about he seemed to have a good knowledge of the different products available, making me feel comfortable with my choice and not making me feel pressured into anything. He explained everything showing me what was on my delivery note, what cover I had excellent service.

My grandson has severe autism but the staff allowed him to walk around and were understanding too

The young man named Michael was extremely helpful. He didn't overpower us but gave us the information we needed.

Felt very relaxed with the salesman who was friendly and knowledgeable.was given all the relevant information to choose the right bed and mattress.

Gareth was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient.

Staff were really friendly nothing was to much trouble. Allowed my daughter to try the bed and were super quick when processing the order. They were really helpful in during out the best way to get my 2 items delivered it collected in the quickest time. Couldn't fault it and I tried to compare the bed in other stores but nothing came close. Thanks

I have been buying from Dreams for many years, I bought a bed mattress and headboard from yourselves in December 2018, Ian was so helpful and knowledgeable I loved the choice of products, Ian answered all my questions and that is why I returned on the 10th February 2019, and bought another bed mattress and headboard. I would not go anywhere else and will definitely return.

When entering the store I was approached and greeted by a sales person Called Michael he was very friendly, polite and asked us if there was anything we needed help with, after explaining my needs Michael explained the different range and options with in the store to help us narrow down what we were looking for, he then asked if we would like a hot beverage and gave us a pillow each to try out different mattresses in the store, after we selected our products we were directed to the till where Michael made purchasing products quick and easy. Would definitely recommend dreams Swansea to all family and friends.
