On entering the store we were greeted by Sue who was polite and helpful but not at all pushy and left us to look around but when we needed assistance she was very professional.

WE TOLD SUE THE ASSISTANT WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND SHE SHOWED US A NUMBER OF MATTRESSES THAT WOULD BE SUITABLE. SHE THEN OFFERED US TO TRY OUT THE DIGITAL MATTRESS CHOOSER, TO SHOW US WHICH TYPE OF MATTRESS IS BEST SUITED TO OUR NEEDS. SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE MATTRESS WE CHOSE AND OFFERED US A COFFEE OR TEA WHILE WE WERE GOING THROUGH THE PURCHASE PAPERWORK. I MUST SAY WE WERE MADE TO FEEL VERY WELCOME THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS.

Gareth who helped us was very knowledgable, using the digital interface to determine our mattress needs in terms of comfort, style and support. There was no pressure to buy and he allowed us plenty of time to test the mattresses in our own time, giving us as much time as we need to make a decision. Given that it was near closing time there was no rushing us and he helped us without trying to close the store. Very professional and friendly.

The help from the colleague was knowledgeable and friendly. We liked the machine that suggested specific mattresses. The price was excellent as there was a special offer on that day.

The staff remembered me and the items i was interested in from a previous visit the week before and were very helpful is getting through the process. Both members of staff I spoke to were very friendly and offered tea/coffee and showed interest in my needs. They offered me additional pillows etc and clarified any details i asked.

The lady that served us was friendly had knowledge about the bed we were particularly looking for and she was not pushy for a sale I was left to look at the beds but she came back to answer my queries and helped me choose a head board

Ian was so helpful and informative, friendly and polite. He was patient with our little boy who was asking him lots of questions. Thank you Ian from Swansea store.
