Sue was an extremeley helpful and friendly member of staff who helped with all our questions and needs.

Extremely satisfied with the service from store assistant Yvonne, she greeted us as we walked into the store, she provided us with the bed test for our particular needs, directed us to various suitable mattresses, even offered us a bottle of water, great service Yvonne. We came away purchasing 2 mattresses and a THERAPUR pillow.

The people are friendly and helpful and made us fell welcome and new what that where talking about l would shop with you again

We visited the Swansea branch on 1st January and was swiftly approached by Yvonne. She was very helpful and knowledge about the products. To understand our needs she took us over to the machine. Then took us to suitable beds.

As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by a member of staff, the main thing for me was that no staff members were pushy and lingering around you , they stated where they would be located when we were ready for help , soon as we were ready for help the staff member was very knowledgeable and made me and my partner laugh all the way through it, we also tried the mattress that lets you know what mattress suits your body which was perfect for us as we were checking all the wrong mattresses, all i can say is a big thank you to all the staff at llansamlet branch.

We were supported when trying out the sleepmatch. We were guided to the products suitable for our results, given pillows to try the mattresses properly and given time on our own explore the options available to us. We were offered water and sanitiser if we felt the need as well as before using their equipment to place an order.
