Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the products. He was patient and supportive of our purchase and made us feel extremely at ease. We went in with little intention of purchasing a bed however we ended up buying a bed and a new mattress due to Michael’s incredible customer service.

Michael the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. It was nice to have someone who knew what he was talking about. The layout of the shop was well organised and the hospitality offered was very welcome. When we require a bed for our other bedroom we certainly will be visiting your shop at Llansamlet.

The staff were excellent and the sleep scanning machine to see what kind of mattress suited us was an excellent service to have and helped us choose the right mattress for us
