The store manager Gareth could not do enough for us, he was very informative and knowledgeable about the manufacturing of the bed, most notably the hydraulic pistons for the divan ottoman. He done us a good deal and in no way did he pressure the sale. We were offered tea and coffee which was nice and that was before we even agreed to buy the bed. Gareth was very accommodating and would like to thank him again for his professionalism and friendliness, and his patience as I had many questions surrounding the bed. Me and my partner are very much looking forward to the arrival of our new bed, and if we get drawn in this draw would recommend Dreams Swansea online and to all friends and family! Fingers Crossed!

Dreams was the first place we visited looking for a mattress and we ended up buying one. We were very happy with the services, very kind and pleasant. We were given enough time to decide. The salesman was not pushy and trying to clinch the deal. We needed some distance and he gave it to us. Great range of different mattresses, sizes, grades, quality, etc. The important thing is we found what we were looking for. We entered the shop with a budget of £500 maximum £600 and we left with a purchase of £999, I think that speaks a lot of the services and quality of product we discovered in the shop.

The assistant was well aware of the qualities of the bedding items and advised us accordingly recommending a high value product but did do pressurise us in any way The booking process went smoothly and was explained simply It is too soon to comment on the product -only time will tell but early signs are positive

As soon as we walked in to the Swansea store we glanced around to see where we would start and a lovely assistant by the name of Michael came over to us and greeted us & asked what we were looking for which was a mattress and he showed us to the mattress machine which matched us up to the right mattress type for us and then let us try different types.
