We were unsure of what exactly we wanted from both the frame and the mattress. Ian, the sales assistant was incredibly helpful and patient. He wasn't pushy at all and explained the features thoroughly.

Great service. Gareth did not pressure us into a sale and suggested us to use the equipment at store to find our best choice of mattress. He also ensured we knew the feature and benefits of all the mattresses that were highlighted. Great service and Gareth was brilliant

The gentleman that helped us was Michael he was fantastic, we were only popping in to get some ideas for a new bed as we didn’t know what we were looking for. Michael greeted us and explained the different range of mattresses on offer then got us to try the machine, after using the machine he then showed us the mattresses suggested for us, we found the one we liked, then asked for advice on frames, he explained all the different options with and we found the perfect base and headboard. We couldn’t recommend dreams in Swansea enough and will be telling our friends and family to visit that store
