Dreams - Swansea

We were satisfied with our trip to Dreams as we had already selected the bed we wanted we were able to sit down straight away and order our items. We were offered some beverages and the whole process was very quick and simple. Delivery options suited us very well and we are happy with the price of our purchase.

Went to store to buy a bed frame but nothing suitable. Store assistant discussed exactly what needed and found an alternative.

Gareth is a knowledgeable and pleasant Dreams Colleague who took time to answer every question my husband and I asked. He has a good knowledge of the products for sale and made our purchase decision from an excellent range of options very easy. He handled the order expertly and we left the store happy we had made the right decision and purchase.

Gareth was very helpful in answering any questions we put to him. At the same time he didn't harass us in any way and left us to quietly peruse the merchandise on our own, while remaining available to talk to when we needed.

All items were clearly displayed, plenty of room around each item, all details were clearly displayed on cards in front of each item. Member of staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous throughout our visit, nothing was too much trouble and didn't rush us for a decision.
