Customer service was very good and helpful

The assistant (Michael) was knowledgeable and catered for my needs without hesitation. I had reservations about sizes but he produced a measuring tape and measured the items.

Great customer service, no pressure to buy as is normally the case, were shown around numerous mattresses with alone time given to discuss without pressure. Ian was great will definitely use Dreams again.

Great to use the tester bed to help us choose the best matress type then drinks provided while we tried a few. cheaper than expected and in stock too!
