Quick knowledgeable and friendly service

The very high level of customer service we received from Susan in the Llansamlet Dreams really was first class. Susan was very knowledgable on the products and sat and spoke to us at the point of ordering about a number of different things, not just a sales point of view, really is a credit to your business.

Sue, the lady who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were also very impressed with the fancy machine that helped up choose our ideal bed. Fantastic idea and should be advertised more.

On entering Dreams we were greeted with a good morning from both assistance. After a short while the male assistant approached and asked if he could help. He informed us about the various colour coding on each of the bedding, which was very helpful in narrowing down our search.He also offered us tea/coffee whilst we browsed. On his return with coffee ( which tasted very nice ), he then talked us through the range we had selected, which was very helpful. Eventually we narrowed it down to two beds. Again the assistant came up with a plausable solution which resulted in a very satisfactory conclution which suited our requirement .We concluded the sale . we were satisfied with our purchase thanks to Ian.

Lovely choice of beds to choose from and was very happy with my purchase as I was tested for the right mattress and staff were amazing

On arrival we were asked what we were looking for and then directed to items, after that we were left to browse and then approached to ask what questions we had and then given advice and information on what we were interested in. We also tried the sleep station and it was explained simply to us how it worked. Paperwork was quick and efficient and emailed to us directly.

After seeing the Tv’s footage of the making of the mattress,we were quite happy to pay the price for something that appears to be very well made.

We walked into the shop & was greeted by a very friendly lady named Sue - she was most helpful in assisting us with a king size mattress, bunk beds & mattresses & also bedding. We had visited the store a few weeks ago to purchase a headboard & was served by Ian who also was most helpful. This customer care made my husband & myself go to Dreams again to buy the above items as we felt confident with the service
