When we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome and the lady actually remembered us from the last time we visited. We were offered a hot drink and didn’t feel rushed. No questions were too much for her, she was more than happy to help. Lovely shopping experience plus we visited during a flash sale so were very happy with the discounts available.

Went to the store not knowing exactly what we wanted. Used the mattress fitting machine. Got a mattress we probably wouldn't have gone for. Also got a frame from the shop floor discounted.
