on arrival the staff were very pleasant ian served us and after we had a look around he helped us by using the sleep mapping machine thus confirming the type of mattress we need for us so we then looked at the type that we required and found one we were pleased with the offers that were in store and bought a mattress on the day we found all the staff at the swansea

The lady that served us was very friendly, helpful and informative. The lady couldn't do enough for us and gave us all the information we needed to purchase a new bed frame and mattress. Very friendly staff

We got to use the technology available to match our ideal mattress. The number of products on offer was immense

On entering the store within a minute or two, we were asked if we needed any assistance. after explaining what we needed, we were asked if we would like to be assessed for the correct mattress . Which we agreed, this took three minutes. we were then showed a number of mattresses. Which we tried out with pillows provided. On selecting we were given a 40 day trial of which we had the choice to change mattress. Things were clearly explained, by a very friendly gentleman employee.

As soon as I entered the store, Sue came over and was helpful the entire time. (Very good sales from her as well as we spend £220 on pillows, we probably didn’t need but they are lovely). We had previously found the mattress we wanted a few months back and we’re very happy to find it again and the delivery time was much quicker than expected.
