Collegeue was fantastic

Micheal the store representative, came to greet myself and my partner as we arrived. He walked us through the products available after helping us choosing the right type mattress on the Dream Machine! After offering coffee, Micheal the helped us choose the mattress we needed, giving valued and informed information to help us come to the correct decision for our specific needs. Finance was arranged with minutes and the whole purchase was completed quicker than 40 winks. Delivery was arrange to suit within a week. All in all it was a dream to buy from Dreams

I think the whole process helped us sort out or order without being too pushy or overbearing. Sue was polite helpful but not in your face and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Thank you Sue.

The member of staff that assisted us was very helpful. He asked if we needed his assistance but he did not pressurise us into anything and allowed us to browse the store at our leisure. When we ready to ask questions he was very knowledgeable and was able to give us good advice. When placing the order he was very helpful and explained the whole order process. He was also very accommodating to our needs. The staff member that assisted us was Ian at the Llansamlet store

Michael explained as much as I think possible for me to understand together with data I had looked up. I tried a number of mattresses within my price range and enquired about the more expensive ones too, which he explained to me. He made me a cup of coffee, we chatted some more and he showed me the machine, which is supposed to help us decide the better mattress for our own body. I have never seen one before and knowing nothing about it, one can only take it at face value, but I did think originally that a medium mattress might be for me, with springs, but at the same time with a medical condition, I did like the idea of a soft one so he showed me two to possibly suit me. I then suggested he dealt with a couple who seemed to be a returning couple, giving me more time to consider my purchase. Eventually I made my decision, received my pillows and took out the mattress policy cover with a washable cover included.

Ian the gentleman that served us was great, he gave exceptional service and answered all of our questions, he was extremely friendly and professional, he is an ambassador for your company
