Dreams employer, Michael, came to our assistance soon after we entered the store. He was pleasant and informative of Dreams’ products. He wasn’t pushy and gave us space to make a decision. A female colleague of his offered me a cup of coffee whilst I deliberated with my wife on which mattress to buy. Michael confirmed that student discount applies to dreams products. Michael offered me a refill for coffee (which I declined). Once we decided which mattress to buy, Michael was clear about the delivery process and times. He informed that we could pay via 0% interest payments, which could’ve been useful, but we paid in full, He informed us of the £100 off the Tempar mattress and the Tempar pillows that were included.

This is the second time I have bought a bed from this store. I called at the store before Christmas and told the assistant that I would return. When I entered the store last Saturday the same assistant recognised and acknowledged me straight away. There was no pressure to buy and it took no time at all to complete the transaction.

Very helpful member of staff who was attentive and couldn’t do enough to help us. Very useful to use the Dreams Mattress machine, it helped us as we were completely clueless to find something from the vast range you have.
