Dreams - Swansea

We visited the door to buy a new bed for our daughter who currently sleeps in a cot, so this will be her first bed. We were given a little time to a look at the beds when we arrived before a sales assistant came over to ask if she could help, she was very thorough in her knowledge of the mattress and the differences between them. We ordered a bed and mattress which had a lead time of a week which we were happy with. We also added the option of having the built for us which is a useful option. The service was quick and helpful and we got everything we needed.

Michael the salesperson was wonderful! He listened to our needs and budget, offered us coffee, and explained the bed simulator! He was quick, efficient and very friendly! Highly recommend!!!!!!

had a chat online with Alison, she told us what bed to llok for. Visited local store, spoke with Gareth, told us all about the 2 beds we fancied, even give us a different pillow to try, which we also bought after this sale, and a duvet, that was 1009 extra on top of this order, so a very good salesman, without being pushy.
