Greeted as we walked through the door. I asked for assistance which was given immediately. We had a number of questions as we were buying a bed for an infant. These questions were answered immediately and we understood all the advice we were given which resulted in us buying exactly what we came for. Very happy with the service given.

The assistant was friendly and knowledgable.

Knew roughly what I wanted and was able to get in and out with no fuss in about 10 mins! Gareth at Swansea store asked if I needed any help right away and was able to point me in the direction of the mattress I’d seen online right away. He also showed me some alternatives so I could be sure I was getting the best mattress for me. He offered me a hot drink whilst I was testing them out and even carried the mattress to the boot of my car for me :)

Sue was an absolute pleasure to do business with. She has a very friendly demeanour, offering assistance without being pushy or overbearing. She offered a range of products to suit our budget. I was able to test several mattresses in store after being analysed on a machine.
