Susan from the llansamlett branch was exception throughout and really made everything simple for us. She assisted me and my partner with the sleep analyser to best suit us to a type of mattress and was able to use the analytics of the machine to best help us choose a mattress best suited to us. She took the time to explain things and was always patient as we tried different mattresses and chose a frame. She offered us water and made it a seamless experience. Exceptional service

The service provided by staff members was amazing! Water was offered to us and freebies for our mattress when our purchase was made, the lady in store helped us pick out the items best suited to us and had a lot of patience whiles proceeding to show us ones that are more fitted to us. we were impressed with the mattress testing machine

The workforce were very attentive and could advise us which item was best suited to our needs. The silent night mattress test was a new experience and assessed which mattress was suitable for our aches and pains. The assistant was very knowledgeable and had plenty of time for us .
