The staff member was very friendly and competent regarding social distancing and was extremely knowledgeable about his products and advised us very well. We explained that we wanted a natural mattress, no chemical products, and one made in the UK - all of which were possible and recommended to us.

Yvonne assisted us in the Swansea store. She was really helpful and friendly. We were offered water and there was plenty of sanitizer etc available. Everyone was social distancing. The experience was faultless and we went away happy with our purchase.
