I visited the store previously when considering a different item. The staff member Ian was very helpful. When I realised the bed wouldn't fit the room, I purchased an alternative. The sales process was really easy and straightforward.

We’ve had numerous cheap beds over the past ten years and this time we came to dreams to get ‘Bed matched’ and found the correct firmness (we’ve had had the wrong firmness for years it seems) and a bed both my husband and I could have stayed on and been delivered home with the bed haha we have been told how and when to turn the mattress (I’ve been doing this wrong as well) We were made to feel extremely welcome offered bottles of water and there was sanitizers at the door, my four year old boy was made to feel important as well when we were in the process of purchasing by being offered a chair to sit on, we were all very happy leaving the shop and look forward to taking delivery of our new bed on the 19th!
