Ian who helped us find a bed was excellent, his willingness to listen to what we wanted was second to none and was very friendly and helpful explaining what bed would suit and allowing us to try beds with Covid-19 restrictions in place which made us feel very safe. He advised us to us the bed machine and explained everything. Great service from him well done
