Staff very helpful and polite

Good layout in shop,of beds for sale,clearly priced,assistant very helpful and freindly.shop was very clean and well lit.

Both Susan & Ian were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are both an asset to your team. Their customer service was excellent and they both really stood out to me. We called into the shop and explained what we were looking for as it was a bed for a spare room. They were both so helpful showing and explaining what was in the shop and then looking online in case there were any special offers plus to give us options on our budget. We explained that we would have a think and call back the next day. We had our options printed off and when I returned Susan proceeded to guide me and give options re payment. Excellent service we will most definitely be returning as in the next 12/18 months we will need to buy a new bed for my son.

Ricky was very welcoming and helpful guy.

Well the man who served us apologise I don't remember his name was superb he was a great help and sorted us out fare play 👍

We were greeted by Yvonne who talked us through the sleepmatch machine, then we tried out some pillows, we even had a coffee while our order was processed.

The sales guy was very good, left us browse but alway answered all the questions we had. Very satisfied with our purchase and experience

We normally go to one of your competitors but on this occasion we called in and I have to say was overwhelmed with the range of beds on offer. The prices were fantastic and your lady that helped us Sandra is a credit to your company. she was extremely helpful and was very honest and understood our needs. Well done Sandra
