Ian was very helpful, not at all pushy like some sales people can be. Really friendly, showed me all the options available and made recommendations.

From the moment of entering the store there was hand sanitisers in view to use then IAN the floor staff came to assist us to see if we needed help myself being disabled he was more than helpful but remaining at a safe distance which put me very much at ease. Once he showed us what we wanted to view which was the tempur mattresses he left myself and my husband to view them. Then when we needed help he came back to discuss the different options and quality and sizes of them and all about the mattresses which was what we needed. Ian was very helpful. My husband and myself then went away for some lunch to discuss our options before coming back an hour or so later to purchase the mattress and then we also purchased 2 cool touch tempur pillows too. We were highly satisfied with the service we received and the cleanliness of the store especially during this difficult time of staying safe with the COVID 19..IAN was of exceptional help and very polite and thorough Thank you Dreams for a pleasant service.

We visited llansamlet swansea store and saw Gareth, we’d been to one other dreams store and several other stores for advice and assistance on the Tempur mattress. No other store could compare with Gareth’s knowledge, service and he advised us on specifics that no one else had mentioned. Making the overall experience excellent , he also got mattress protector from another store and phoned us when it was there and the free pillows we received have stopped my relentless migraines already. I am looking forward to receiving the new mattress only 4 weeks after ordering which again beat any other service. Thanks Gareth.
