Gareth from the Dreams store Swansea was fantastic! Pretty much as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome and asked if we’d like any help with anything. With ease he answered our queries and advised we try the sleep/ mattress test that was in store. He guided us through it and even managed to calm our 2 year old down by letting him come on the bed with us as he wasn’t happy. Gareth answered any query we had promptly, easily and always with a smile! My husband and I weren’t rushed nor pushed to feel like we had to buy that day. Gareth was very efficient, informative and relaxed. Upon ordering we were offered bottled water, asked if we’d like the air conditioning off (I’m 7 months pregnant and was boiling!) On the whole our spare of the moment visit to Dreams was fab!! Highly recommend
