I new what I wanted and the gentleman was very friendly and helpful and we discussed various options and was delighted that he offered the removal option for the old mattress. A most delightful experience.

Yvonne was very friendly and patient when assisting me with my purchase. She had great knowledge of the products and was able to suggest multiple options for me.

Ian was highly knowledgeable on all products to suit our needs, including current Sale items. He was quick to show us the best suitable products then left us all the time we needed to make our decisions.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Visit to the store was easy and quick. Good discounts on also. Could have been a better range of kids beds to see like cabin desk beds

Staff were both lovely. The lady really helped me out and the machine she used to choose my mattress type was great. We had a test over the different mattresses. Unfortunately the bed I wanted wasn’t available in the store for me to see but I went with it anyway as I really liked it. She informed me that bed really was lovely and I trusted her opinion.

As soon as I explained everything that I needed Sue went above and beyond to ensure I had everything that I needed making the experience easy without any stress.

The Salesman was excellent. I have never been to store and felt relaxed and not under any pressure to buy. The staff were welcoming polite and patient with me. I give Ricky and all the staff at the Swansea store 10/10 thank you
