The sale assistant was extremely helpful and understood our needs he even used a bed which found suitable mattresses for us

Oh I cant remeber the name of the lady that served me in Swansea, maybe Julie? Oh but she was lovely. Such a nice nature, and really thorough. Felt really taken care of and comfortable in the store.

I visted the Dreams showroom on Saturday 05/12/2020, upon entering the showroom, I was approached by Linda, were I received excellent customer service,Linda, was very helpfull I asked her a few questions about the bed and mattress I bought, Linda was knowledgeable and professional and very polite, I felt very hot wearing a face mask, as I'm asmatic I was offered a bottle of water and asked If I was OK. Which I thot was nice.I will be back to purchase a king-size bed, as purchasing my sons bed and mattress was a good experience. Well done Linda an asset to Dreams showroom.
