The assistant (Yvonne) spent time inviting us to use the bed scanner to see what type of mattress we needed. She then showed us a three mattresses which was enough for us. She then told us all about the materials & make up of the mattress/

The sale assistant was extremely helpful and understood our needs he even used a bed which found suitable mattresses for us

Oh I cant remeber the name of the lady that served me in Swansea, maybe Julie? Oh but she was lovely. Such a nice nature, and really thorough. Felt really taken care of and comfortable in the store.
