I spoke to a really helpful and friendly sales assistant on the phone as the shops are shut due to the pandemic. Gareth, really knew what he was talking about. He helped me find and order the mattress I needed over the phone. Gareth was really patient when on the phone and explained the whole ordering process to me clearly. I would highly recommend Dreams.

Excellent service and excellent response

Initially, we went to the shop next door and were totally ignored despite wanting to purchase a mattress as soon as possible. Thankfully, due to this we went into you Llansamlet store which was right next door. As soon as we entered we were approached at a safe distance by Sue your wonderful sales assistance. She asked if she could be of any help but not being pushy in anyway. She offered the opportunity to be assessed by your machine that aids you in selecting the correct mattress for our needs. Having not bought one in a very long time we appreciated this experience. Sue was very knowledgeable on showing & advising on the appropriate mattresses for our needs. Again, she was very thoughtful & stepped away to give us personal space to try & retry each mattress. Any queries that we had she answered showing her knowledge of the products. Pleased to say we purchased a mattress, a protector & pillows from your store and would recommend your store & staff to all our friends & family. Thank you Dreams I can’t wait for our mattress we are already counting down the sleeps until it arrives.
