Excellent service, very knowledgeable, took the Time to find out what we liked and needed rather than trying to sell us something we didn't, very pleased with the overall Time we were there, would highly recommend

We were left to browse the store first before being approached by your sales advisors. They took us to the sleep match and we had a bit of fun before being shown a wide range of beds. We probably did about 4 laps of the beds before finally deciding on what we wanted! Sue was very helpful and we left with 2 mattresses a bed frame and loads of extras! It was an enjoyable experience!

Everything was simple, staff knew their products and were very helpful

We were welcomed immediately into the store,asking if we needed assistance,no pressure to purchase. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.Very efficient in dealing with our purchases and quickly sorted out the delivery details.The gentleman that served us was professional explaining about the delivery regarding texts and pandemic precautions.

Eatable friendly staff member approached us very quickly to offer assistance and carry out the bed testing assessment. She explained the results and took us straight to the correct category of bed. We didn’t like it so she suggested others to try in a non judgemental or pushy manner. She also gave us bottled water. The payment process was quick with an acceptable delivery date .

The Assistant (Ian 308) was very knowledgeable and took a great deal of time explaining the different types of mattresses.
