Assistant, Sue, was very friendly and attentive to my needs. She provided a pillow and paper cover for cleanliness. It was a hot day and she provided myself and my daughters with bottled water.

The process of buying a mattress was very easy for us. We entered the store, where approached by a friendly staff member, she asked what we were after, we told her, we were guided to the machine in the store to see what mattress would suit us best, we were shown to to the ones in the store guided by the results from the machine and then we purchased. Super easy. The staff member was very helpful and informative in guiding us to the right mattress.

We were just browsing for a mattress for our spare room, we were not intending on buying, but we were shown an offer to good to refuse. We also mentioned we would be looking to change our mattress soon, and were offered a diagnostic bed trial, to see the best bed for us. We were then shown, and tried, the various bed that would suit us. The one we purchased was extremely comfortable and the tempur pillows, which we were given to try the beds, were amazing. At first we thought to buy the pillows and get the mattress later, but then we were told of the current offer of free pillows with the mattress, so we decided to just get it all now. Sue the assistant, was great and nothing was too much trouble. She upgraded the pillows and gave a discount on mattress protectors (we have young grandchildren), she also gave us free bottles of water, which was greatly appreciated as it had been warm outside. We have 6 bedrooms and will definitely be using Dreams again.

From start to finish Sue was so very helpful and helped us find the ideal bed for our needs, ours experience at dreams was highly satisfactory.

She was brilliant. She really tried to help. She offered use of the machine to determine which mattress is best for our needs and offered water too. She was not pushy whereas the young gentleman in Trostre was and tried to rush us into buying a mattress.
