Very welcoming and accomodating representative in store.Susan. There was no pressure upon us to buy, we were asked what we were looking for and offered all the help we needed. Being assessed for the mattress we were in need of was an amazing experience and to be able to note the differences in comfort in mattresses instantly was illuminating.

Advice was excellent. Was able to quickly identify the type of mattress I wanted and place the order. No pressure to by the highest priced item which was very appreciated

We were looking to buy 2 mattresses. The assistant, on arrival, asked if we needed help and from there on she guided us to a variety of mattresses, that fitted our requirements. The assistant was knowledgable , approachable and efficient.

Staff were very friendly and there to help when we came in. We tried the machine that tells you what mattress best suited us too, which helped a lot knowing what we will sleep better on. The process of ordering it didn’t take long and delivery is in just over a week which we’re very happy about. Would highly recommend
