I had left my mask in the car quite a distance from the store and I was offered a mask immediately. Very friendly staff and also informative. Offered the use of the mattress tester which I took up and also offered water which being a very hot day was very welcome

The staff in the Dreams store were friendly, happy and very helpful. An assistant helped me straight away and the service was excellent. The store was Covid friendly and I felt safe. Definitely will be visiting the store again. Thank you to the gentleman who served me.

Great help from the staff

Store assistant Ian from Swansea was very friendly & helpful in finding the right mattress & pillow for me & my wife. Got her to use the dreams mattress selector machine & showed us a range of mattress form low to high price. Got my wife to make sure to try all of the suitable mattress & got good deal on the correct mattress with quick service.

I went into the dreams shop(swanse) to look at a specific bed frame, but it wasnt in that store, the woman in the shopwas very helpful and checked other shops to see if they had it in store. They did in Bridgend but i didnt want to drive that far out. So had a look at the beds in the shop, the woman was so lovely and friendly, offered me a bottle of water and suggested i use the bed machine to check what mattresses would be bed for myself, she spoke me through each mattress that was suggested for myself and ley me lay on each one and even gave me a pillow to use to get comfortable, she also spoke me through bed frames and she asked if the bed size i chose i chose would fit into the bedroom it was for, i found this really good. All in all im really hapoy with the whole process, so excited for my bed to arrive x

Sue was fantastic each time we saw her, we saw her just before the last lockdown and when we went to browse on the Sunday and again on Tuesday when we went to buy our bed and mattress

Excellent customer service from sue, extremely helpful and nothing was too much. We were made to feel very comfortable while we visited and it was very easy to place an order.

Our adviser (Sue) at the llansamlet branch was excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly, patient, thoughtful...she helped immensely in our decision making.
