purchased the mattress whilst an offer was available on purchase that day so thought I was purchasing and making a good deal to my amazement the following day I went online to read about the product and to my surprise and horror the mattress was now being advertised with £200 discount I used your chat line and a lovely chap gave me your customer care number...explaining the situation the gent agreed I should have been advised about the discount and gave me a refund so very happy I am now awaiting delivery of my new purchase on sept 3.and hope it meets my expertation thanks again

Customer service was very good but poor stock availability

The Sales Adviser was helpful, though input our address incorrectly which delayed the process by 20 minutes which was slightly disappointing but overall we were happy

Delivery should be free or at least shouldn't be £20 extra just to have it put together upstairs.

The type of bed I wanted you no longer sell.

Good service. However i was told that the entire bed would cost 450, then when actually placing my order with the assistant, i found out this price did not include the headboard... That would be an extra 175 pounds.. For a headboard... No one mentioned it to me nor was it listed clearly at the price tag. Was also told i would get 50% off pillows but upon selecting them it turned out it the pillows i selected werent eligible for this offer. The people are kind and the place seemed well kept, but when paying for everything the last minute surprises left me feeling a little swindled.

We purchased a guest air bed. We could not see it assembled and could not try it out

I was amazed when I placed the order that there was a delivery charge of £39 as I drove out of the Swansea store we faced another furniture retailer Oakland offering free delivery on all furniture.£39 to deliver a Bed frame 4 Miles is a rip off in my opinion.

Nothing was a problem to the staff. I took my dad there who has had a stroke and the staff couldn't do enough for him. Amazing.
