I booked a appointment on the 3rd of august at 3pm in the dreams in llansamlet Swansea When I got there I was greeted by yvonne she was so friendly helpful she had so much knowledgeable about the beds

Good assistance, knowledgable staff, good variety of products

The assistant, Ian, was very helpful and friendly and helped me feel at ease about testing mattresses. He listened and answered all my questions without hesitation.

Ian at the Swansea was very helpful and informative but did not put pressure on us or tried to influence our decision. He obviously knew the products available which helped with our decision.

2nd time ordering from store, received exactly what we wanted

Very good service from Ian. He wasn’t pushy when dealing with us as that would’ve completely put us off and we probably would’ve left the store. He listened to us and understood what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable. We’ve previously bought from Dreams and were happy to return to buy another product.

Easy, quick, satisfying shopping experience

As a first time home buyer, I was looking to buy my first mattress. I was overwhelmed when I walked into the store and saw all the mattresses as I didn't know where to start. Your colleugue Ian took time to assist me and his service was fantastic. He walked me through everything and showed me how to use the sleepmaster along with taking me to the mattresses most suitable for me and explaining the difference in them. His service was what made me purchase the mattress. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
