I was highly satisfied!! I ticked the number 9 as I believe there is ALWAYS Rome for improvement!! In all fairness, I was looked after very well by an assistant named Ricky. He was polite, courteous, had a depth of product knowledge, and was not pushy at all. It was nice making a purchase in this atmosphere!

The mattress I wanted was not available for 2 months even though it was advertised on the website and TV advert i believe.

We later found that if we had ordered the mattress online, delivery would have been free. However we had to pay £19 for delivery to the hallway! Why are we penalised for giving dreams custom in store and online customers are at an advantage. This is why stores close!

The ticket options on a particular headboard did not show its availability in the size we were looking for but the member of staff assured us and guided us accordingly.

We knew more or less what we wanted, the staff where helpful but at the process isn't over yet as we are waiting delivery and however hard your sales staff work its your company as a whole which we will judge you on and that includes delivery and quality of goods when they arrive.

Not a huge choice in the price range I was looking at. Assistant was most helpful though and we chose a bed that was suitable in the end.
