You only had 1 hard orthopaedic sprung mattress, also the mug the coffee came in was dirty and was handed to my mother not by the handle, that's so unhygienic..

I was satisfied but this email for which i specifically asked to be opted out of all emails and was assured that was the case is the only blemish. The salesman otherwise was very good and friendly. I'm British, so relax. I'm okay. It's bedding. Not life and death.

Would have liked a bit more of a discount at the store as this is our 3rd purchase in less than 4 years

The range on display wasn't overwhelming. I was hoping to have my purchase delivered sooner than a week later. Plus I wasn't expecting to have to pay for my purchase to be built once delivered.

I was very satisfied. I would have preferred the mattresses to be a little cheaper, but the salesman understood this and I bought a clearance mattress instead so got a good deal. I found the range of mattresses quite confusing though.

Highly satisfied is above and beyond what I would expect and when spending so much on a bed and mattress I would of expected a little extra thrown in I don't know some pillows or something just a gesture as £1755 is a lot of money

No particular reason. It was a good experience and the person who served me was extremely helpful. If there was anything I would have liked, it would have been to have a larger selection of Very Firm mattresses.

I expected the 20% Easter sale to be on all items that we purchased. I understand that there was a limitation of the sale to certain items. I asked for a possibility of the 20% discount on the 2 pillows of 79.00 GBP but there was no negotiation possible. I wish it was. Very happy with the professional attitude and friendliness of Ricky Francis. He comes across genuine.

Salesman was very Knowle able and friendly, but prices are the highest in the field
