I have back problems and had recently slept well on my daughter's spare bed. I took details of the mattress and it was a Dreams magnificent 7. I looked online but couldn't find it. I phoned the store and explained what I was looking for. John was very helpful and explained that it had been superseded by the Wakefield. We went up to the store where we tried the matress, met John and other staff who were very helpful. We were welcomed and offered coffee as soon as we went in and the whole experience was good.

I didn't feel rushed to make a decision before we were ready. My wife & I were able to leisurely walk around trying out which mattress suited us both and were offered pillows to aid in helping with our choice.

Think the price of what was purchased could have been better. Felt obliged to add the headboard at close to the same price as the bed, which combined nearly doubled the price of the mattress purchased. Would happily recommend but it will come with a warning that you don’t get much for less than £2.5k
