Sue served us from start of our visit to completion of paperwork. She was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble as we hesitated on our decision..not just on the mattress but the type of pillow!! The other staff also made us welcome and it really was an enjoyable shopping experience, even if we did spend more than planned! But we feel, with the advice received, the Dreams 40 day pledge and also the 10 year guarantee we took out, that it will be a sensible , wise, long term decision. Staff were friendly and knowledgable and could help me decide. A discount was offered when I compared the product to another on the Dreams website which was not in store. Ordering and finance process was simple. I had previously purchased from Dreams and had been pleased with the experience.

I went in to buy a single Divan base, and that's what I bought. The sales person was very helpful and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes which was good.

Ricky the salesman assisted us with everything we needed and gave us many options regarding choice, and value for money. He spent lots of time helping us make our decision and then was great getting it all ordered and making our purchase easy.

Because we found what we were looking for without any hassle.

The sales advisor, Ian, was not at all pushy but provided us with lots of information and options. Truly a credit to your store.

I thought shopping for a new bed was going to be a nightmare with all the variations etc, but Sue was excellent, no pushy sales, very helpful, answered all our queries, it was a dream ( sorry had to say it) Myself and my partner we're on our way within 20 minutes, just waiting for delivery of our new bed, I think choosing dreams was a choice I won't lose any sleep on ( sorry last one) It's rare to come across such good service, Sue is an asset to you give her a day off , she could have a lay in (can't help it) Anyway thank you, if the bed is as good as your service I should be able to lay in bed as long as my teenage son Bye

I was highly satisfied with the overal experience at dreams because i have just bought my first house with my girlfriend and we had never been to buy furniture previously so when we had explained to Ricky and Sue they were more than happy to help, we were on a very tight budget as there was a lot of money going out with the new house however we came to the conclusion that it was best to spend slightly more than we had at the time for more comfort, this is why we decided to take full advantage of the interest free credit that you offer which saves us a lot of hastle
