The gentleman that assisted me with the order was pleasant and very helpful. I was returning to buy the Johnstone SK mattress and base as we bought one for our bedroom a few months ago and it is so comfortable we wanted one for the spare room.

The store representative was highly knowledgable about the products and the diagnostic machine that you have for determining mattress suitability is a great asset in assisting with selection. We bought a Tempur mattress which is not a cheap choice ( for us anyway) and we wanted to make sure that we had made the right choice. The 100 day exchange was a great incentive in making the purchase too. Overall very pleased with the service we received in selecting and ordering the bed. Can’t comment on delivery as it hasn’t happened yet 😀

Ricky was absolutely brilliant. He listened to what we wanted and showed us a selection of beds to fit our needs. He was not in any way pushy. Once we had made our choices he took us through the order highlighting what was available at delivery. Would definitely recommend Dreams.

The assistants we're friendly, approachable, and patient with my father . The show room was clean and well presented. The knowledge of the assistant and the technology you provided helped my elderly father choose the right mattress at a good price. We were given a bottle of water which was greatfully needed.

Both sales assistants were helpful but not pushy, friendly and knowledgable about products. Products are quality items competitively priced.
