I had been to other shops before Dreams and felt that as soon as I walked in the door they just wanted my money and I felt like I was being forced to buy products, but when I came into the Dreams store in Swansea the sales assistants allowed my to walk in the shop and look a little. They we're friendly and informative without being forceful and very helpful. I would certainly use Dreams in Swansea again, I was very pleased with how quick the delivery date was given too and that I had an option.

We only went in for a look at the Tempur Cloud Mattress. Sue and Ricky were so nice and friendly we ended up purchasing them on the same day! Can't fault the service at all. The best part was that we never felt under pressure to buy and there was no hard sell. We even had a cuppa. Perfect!
