Sue the customer advisor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable....also patient and showed great empathy in understanding our needs.

From the minute we walked in a member of staff was on hand to help. Within 10 min we were sitting down buying a bed & mattress. The banter between us both was amusing, really pleased. X

We have always bought our beds at dreams but we went off piste and got one at Wrens big mistake within 5 weeks the mattress went all lumpy their customer service is diabolical so we returned to Dreams what a differenc never again will we buy anywhere else we are know awaiting our new mattress from Dreams.

been into dreams and bought the bed, was highly satisfied with the service, and was assured that i could change the bed if uncomfortable within 40 nights. we also got 6 pillows, which i tried before i bought, which was great.

Shopping experience was pleasant and expedient. very helpful assistant, took time and trouble to explain costs etc. Swift delivery promised. Product delivered early within time slot advised by phone. Everything completed perfectly. I am a highly satisfied customer.
